- We added a sign-in panel to the home page for faster entry into the service
- We also added an update notification feature to our browser add-in. You’ll need to download a new version at Account>Download Add-In, but starting with this version every time we improve the add-in, you’ll be automatically notified

How to: make my cues easier to discover
Feb 3rd
In three words: Tag Your Cues. Oh, and don’t forget to assign your cues to realms and publish them. If you haven’t given your friends permissions to your cues, they won’t be able to see them.
Feed Public Profiles and Searching Friends’ Cues released in Sprint 6
Jan 8th
Friends’ Cues You can now research your Friends’ cues (including cues from subscriptions) by tag and realm on the Cues>Friends’ Cues page.
Feed Public Profile Every public cue source in CueSense has now a dedicated profile page that lists its cues, clicks, tags and subscribers. When you create a subscription to a cue source, you also automatically establish a public feed accessible to everyone.
Explore Feeds page To find interesting public feeds, check out the Explore Feeds page. Feeds are grouped into Feed Topics based on the most popular topics assigned to them by CueSense members.

Funny smiling vampires?

One of the things we like to do here at CueSense is spotting emerging trends. Tags and tag frequencies are a promising area, and we are happy to share a few interesting things we learned recently.
A tag’s frequency is the number of cues tagged with it. For example, if you added three bookmarks and tagged them with the words “portugal vacation”, then the frequency of that tag would be “3″. The graph below shows the tag frequencies in CueSense in December 2008. The shape of the curve is distinctly skewed right with a very long “long tail”. We had a More >

We did quite a bit of work over the past several weeks and while the majority of features are yet to be released in following sprints here are the ones that are ready for your enjoyment. Trends on the News page Our main goal is reducing the noise in your newsfeed and “mining” it for interesting trends. The new News page includes trends lists and graphs for tags, subscriptions, and clicks.

Sprint 4 released
Nov 10th
We released Sprint 4 of CueSense private beta today.
Filtering cues by account Select your cue account in the accounts dropdown list to limit the display of cue to just that account. Better matching of cues Commonly used tags are now excluded from matching. You will see less CueSense popups and less cues in the popup, but cues will be of better quality.
Improved cue import from Blogs, FriendFeed, Delicious, and Flickr Cue import was made more robust, but a few limitations remain however. Since FriendFeed does not track tags, CueSense limits imported cues to bookmarks, news, and blogs. We use these to More >

Oct 24th
We released Sprint 3 today. Sprints are versions of our service and we aim to update the site every two weeks or so. Here are some of the features included in this version.
Cue Avatars. The CueSense popup now shows your friends’ avatars when displaying cues.
Anonymous sharing of clicks. You have an option now to anonymously share your clicks inside the cuesense popup with your friends and other users. Turn on or off this feature in the tray menu or in the popup option menu. You won’t see these clicks anywhere on the web site yet – we are still working More >
CueSense Private Beta launched!
Sep 30th
The CueSense Private Beta site is live! This launch represents a significant milestone for us, and we fully intend to celebrate it appropriately. We will be updating the site frequently, listening to your feedback and periodically extending the number of beta accounts available. Our goals for the rest of the year are simple. Learn from users, improve the service, and make it the best it can be. Cheers to that!
